Ingredients

Small cup
Pumpkin puree
Natural yoghurt (xylitol free)
Ground cinnamon
Whipped cream
Pumpkin Spice Meaty Treats

Method

Mix together pumpkin puree, natural yogurt, and a dash of cinnamon
Pop in a small cup and top with whipped cream
Garnish with a Pumpkin Spice Meaty Treat (or two)
Ta-dah - it's ready to demolish!
